Skullduggery Backers,

We're sending out the Backerkit Pledge Manager Survey Email today, so check your inboxes and fill out your surveys! For anyone who's new to Backerkit Pledge Managers, this is where you confirm your pledge, add anything else you want to add, or make any changes (like upgrading your pledge to a higher tier because you saw how awesome that higher tier is looking), and entering your shipping information so we know where to ship everything when it's ready.

Note that we haven't included shipping costs to the pledge manager yet. We'll be doing that closer to when everything ships to make sure we're only charging you what the cost of shipping will be—and we'll have a much better idea of that when we're closer to shipping. In addition, you'll have a chance to update your shipping address when we're closer to shipping. We'll send out a reminder when the time is right. 

If you don't see your Pledge Manager email in your inbox, you might want to check your spam folder, and you can also access your Backerkit account here and recover your Pledge Manager Survey email.

The surveys will stay open until NOVEMBER 31 to give us time to give the factory final production numbers, so please make sure you fill out your survey by then.

Bonus Adventure Voting Results

In a VERY tight race to determine the level of the Skullduggery Bonus Adventure included in the Black Dragon, Night Market, and All-In Tiers, the winner was: High Level! Jon has already started writing this brand-new 10th-level adventure, but since the mid-level vote was such a close second we're including guidance on how to adapt this adventure down to 5th-7th level if needed.

Oath of the Dead Paladin Art

To all our Skullduggery Backers,

We did it! Thank you all for your support and encouragement throughout this campaign. We're thrilled with how we finished and are excited to get to work finishing up production on the book and premium editions.

And while we didn't quite hit the $250K Stretch Goal to get Additional Magic Items, as a Thank You for all your amazing support we are committed to adding a new collection of magic items to Skullduggery. It may not be the exact count and type laid out in the stretch goal - we may mix it up a bit! - but we're too excited about our ideas to NOT include them.

We couldn't have done any of this without you, and we can't wait to hear stories of all the adventures, campaigns and characters you'll create based on Skullduggery.

Next Steps

Once the dust settles over the next two weeks, we'll be sending out a Backerkit Pledge Manager survey email to all of you. In that survey, you'll be able to confirm all the elements of your pledge, add any additional add-ons you want, and make sure we have your correct shipping address and billing info.

A month or so after we send out that survey email, we'll be locking down orders to make sure we have a final count for all the elements that we need to produce. We'll let you know a couple of weeks before we do that to give you a last chance to make any changes or additions to your pledge.

Once we have a final ship date for all the physical rewards, we'll let you know and give you a chance to confirm your shipping address before we lock addresses and charge for shipping. Shipping costs will be as close to the estimates on the Kickstarter page as possible, but we'll update your Backerkit accounts with the final shipping costs when we announce we're locking addresses.

We expect all pledge items to ship no later than August 2026 and we'll be providing production and shipping updates here throughout this next stage of the campaign.
